With Over 20 years experience within the IT & Telecommunications Sector, Rob combines his Entrepreneurial, Commercial and Business skills to innovate and introduce new capability to the market, and customers, to drive growth in their organisations.

His experience includes managing customer transformation business requirements, encompassing strategic planning, product discovery and development, developing business plans and business cases, establishing delivery timeframes, managing multiple stakeholder groups and resources and commercial management of vendors and partnerships.

An information technology professional with over 25 years of experience in data processing, programming, solution integration, business analysis, project management and general IT management. This experience has been gained delivering IT solutions to different industry sectors including utilities, financial services, government and agri business. Scott has over a decade of knowledge in the rapidly evolving Customer Experience sector, having placed many Senior “Customer” Operations, IT and Marketing Executives in their roles, via his specialist Customer Experience Recruitment Business.

Craig has held various senior project delivery roles for Citigroup, UBS in the United States, Country Manager for Amadeus Global GDS in New Zealand, as well as Vice President of Technology for Aegis BPO in Australia / New Zealand.

Craig brings a wealth of people / relationship management experience to the business. The combination of his degree, post grad Leadership program and international experience has provided the commercial acumen to develop and get the most out of business relationships.

Mark Van Holsteyn

Mark is an experienced consultant with a demonstrated ability to deliver large scale customer experience and productivity change programs in complex organisations.

Mark has been at the forefront in designing and implementing customer analytics programs harnessing the voice of the customer.  Mark was responsible for establishing the largest Speech Analytics project outside of the US which enabled the organisation to derive actionable insights and use these to target customer satisfaction and productivity enhancements.

Utilising his accounting, analytics and business improvement background Mark specialises in taking a data driven approach to understanding the root cause drivers behind customer experience and identifying levers that can be used to increase this experience.

Arnie Tuchtan

As Business Development Director at Torquex my passion is Customer Experience (CX). Innovation that combines technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Speech and Text Analytics along with deep Industry Knowledge to deliver great CX across the Omni- channel.

I have over 30 years of experience with significant executive management across a number of functions including sales and marketing, finance, operations, and technology. My mission is to work collaboratively and help clients achieve their objectives, through adopting innovative technologies and best practice methodologies.

Alan Foster

Executive Advisor

Since moving to Melbourne Alan has held various national, senior management roles at AXA, HBA, Affinity Health, Ramsay Healthcare, iSelect and Healthscope.

In addition, he has consulted in his own right to Medibank Private, AMP, API (Priceline), Citywide, OAMPS, The Wheeler Centre and Turnbull Brothers Orchards, amongst others.

Alan’s experience includes strategy, operations, general management, and procurement & supply chain.  For the last 15 years he has worked predominantly in the health sector and has a particular interest in revenue and profit growth, cost management and efficiency improvements.

As Executive Advisor within the Torquex team, and with a strong customer outcome focus, Alan is well positioned to assist with the sustained profitable growth of Torquex.
