Scott has over a decade of knowledge in the rapidly evolving Customer Experience sector, having placed many Senior “Customer” Operations, IT and Marketing Executives in their roles, via his specialist Customer Experience Recruitment Business.

Craig has held various senior project delivery roles for Citigroup, UBS in the United States, Country Manager for Amadeus Global GDS in New Zealand, as well as Vice President of Technology for Aegis BPO in Australia / New Zealand.

Craig brings a wealth of people / relationship management experience to the business. The combination of his degree, post grad Leadership program and international experience has provided the commercial acumen to develop and get the most out of business relationships.

Mark Van Holsteyn

Mark is an experienced consultant with a demonstrated ability to deliver large scale customer experience and productivity change programs in complex organisations.

Mark has been at the forefront in designing and implementing customer analytics programs harnessing the voice of the customer.  Mark was responsible for establishing the largest Speech Analytics project outside of the US which enabled the organisation to derive actionable insights and use these to target customer satisfaction and productivity enhancements.

Utilising his accounting, analytics and business improvement background Mark specialises in taking a data driven approach to understanding the root cause drivers behind customer experience and identifying levers that can be used to increase this experience.
