Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the TorqueX website and the purchase of parts and accessories through TorqueX. By placing an order with TorqueX, you agree to these terms.
Ordering
Submitting a parts enquiry through the TorqueX website is not a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only after TorqueX has verified availability, fitment, pricing, and delivery, and you have approved the confirmed quote in writing. Payment is taken only after the order is confirmed.
Pricing and availability
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices and availability are confirmed with each individual quote and are subject to change. TorqueX does not guarantee that any part is available at any time. Freight charges are confirmed before payment is taken.
Fitment
TorqueX checks fitment information based on the vehicle details you provide, including make, model, year, variant, and engine. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete vehicle information. TorqueX does not guarantee fitment for vehicles with non-standard modifications. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are approximate and are confirmed for your specific order before payment is taken. TorqueX is not liable for delays caused by freight carriers, customs, or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
Payment
Payment is required in full before an order is dispatched. TorqueX will confirm accepted payment methods with your quote. TorqueX does not store payment card details.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch subject to any costs already incurred by TorqueX in sourcing or processing your order. Contact TorqueX as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellation terms are confirmed at the quote stage.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TorqueX's liability for any claim arising from the supply of parts is limited to the price paid for the relevant part. TorqueX is not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
